Absolutely loved the fresh meat from local butchers! Plus, John, the owner, was a gem, and the spacious family room was like home. The location made it easy to stroll to nearby spots like Bijou and The Pancake Place for a good meal.

Easy and decent location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed. It was located close to a bus stop giving access to many Elgin attractions. The room was a nice size and silent with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The hosts were super helpful and gave us tips for nearby attractions like the Moray and Hopeman Golf Clubs. The rooms were clean, bright and had amenities that even pricier places lack, like a kettle and microwave. Perfect spot if you want easy walks to dining options. Don't skip the Tesco café for a hearty breakfast.
The only downside was the noisy seagulls at night. They can be a bit distracting and made it hard to sleep sometimes.

the hotel was placed in the very central location close to the center.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were chatty.

Clean, great budget hotel. Breakfast with great coffee and sausage, as example. Good sized and silent room, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the room. Good location by grocery stores with. And so close to the bus station, centre, and museum.

The family room was spacious and had a lovely view of Lady Hill, a nice touch. The room felt cozy and had good amenities, but the shower pressure could be better. It still worked for us overall.

We had such a cozy stay here, feeling right at home in our spacious family room with a lovely view. Relaxing on the patio with a nice cup of tea in the evening was the perfect end to our days. If I had to nitpick, the shower pressure was a bit weak, but it didn't ruin our overall great experience. 😊

Warm and cute stay!
John was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was ace, just a few mins walk to shops and the town center. The only bummer was that the WiFi was a bit spotty at times. Great cozy vibes overall!
